Please keep in mind due to Covid-19 shipping has slowed some.

MB Jewelry is handmade in our studio, and many pieces need to be made once ordered. We will do our best to ship your order within 5 - 7 business days from the time we receive your payment excluding Holidays. If for any reason it will be longer than 7 days you will be contacted. Please allow for both production time and shipping time when making your purchase. 

• We currently ship in the continental US only.
• All orders over $100.00 ship free
• Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include a tracking number 
• We do not accept cancellations 

Packaging 

We carefully package all items to insure your handmade jewelry arrives safely. Items will arrive in a gift box.

• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping.
• In the unlikely event your item is damaged during shipping, please contact the USPS prior to contacting us for assistance. Once you have spoken to them contact us at support@michelebusch.com so we can assist you.
